Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancelling
The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel from the "manage subscription" link in any receipt email from our payment partner, or email sanzhardev@gmail.com from the address you bought with and we cancel it for you within 1 business day. After cancelling, your library stays open until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again. Files you have already downloaded stay on your device.
14-day refund on the first payment
If the product is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the access link is closed. Founding prices freed this way return to the pool.
Because this is digital downloadable content, you can see exactly what you are buying before you pay: the first lesson is published in full on the home page, as the same MP4 file buyers download.
Renewal payments
Renewals (second month and later) are not refundable, because the whole library was available to download for the whole period. If a renewal was charged by mistake — for example right after you tried to cancel — write to us within 7 days and we will make it right.
If delivery fails
If a file will not download, or your library link does not open, email us and we fix it or resend the link. If we cannot make a paid period usable — for example the library is unavailable for more than 7 days in a month for reasons within our control — we refund or credit that period on request.
